Stephanie DeBerry, MS, RD/LD, Nutrition Specialist and Public Health Dietitian at the Oklahoma Nutrition Information & Education (ONIE) Project, OKC

Stephanie DeBerry has served as the Project Registered Dietitian for the Oklahoma Nutrition Information and Education (ONIE) Project since 2012. Serving as the grant nutrition specialist, she enjoys being part of a diverse public health team that requires formative research and evidence-based interventions, yet allows for innovative approaches. In addition to ONIE, she is an Adjunct Professor at Oklahoma City Community College, where she thoroughly enjoys educating nursing students and emphasizing the importance of nutrition in the clinical setting. She received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Oklahoma in Health and Exercise Sciences, and her Master of Science degrees from San Diego State University in both Nutritional Sciences and Exercise Physiology.  Stephanie currently serves as the State Policy Representative for the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and enjoys being active in implementing policy to protect and improve the health of Oklahomans. Stephanie believes she is able to do her part saving the world through nutrition and physical activity, one day at a time.

September 26, 2017 - Healthy Kids Fruit Wrap
Meghan Murphy Van Camp, RDN, LD, CDE, Private Practice Dietitian at Banister Nutrition, OKC 

Meghan is a registered/licensed dietitian with over 15 years of experience at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, dialysis centers, chronic kidney disease clinics, private practice, the University of Central Florida Wellness and Athletics, corporate wellness programs, numerous public speaking engagements, menu design and analysis. She joined the private practice at Banister Nutrition over a year ago. At Banister she sees a variety of clients for one-on-one behavior change and diet instruction. Meghan’s passion is food!! She loves to study food, cook food, taste different foods, travel for special food experiences, and indulge from time to time. She lives by the motto Eat to Live and Love to Eat.  She graduated from the University of Florida with her BS in Nutrition and completed her internship at Emory University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, National Kidney Foundation and the American Diabetes Association. She was honored with the Emerging Leader Award from Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012. Meghan enjoys keeping active with her husband and two young kids whether it be kayaking, boating, running, yoga, hosting dinner parties, or watching football.
