Meghan Murphy Van Camp, RDN, LD, CDE, Private Practice Dietitian at Banister Nutrition

Meghan is a registered/licensed dietitian with over 15 years of experience at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, dialysis centers, chronic kidney disease clinics, private practice, the University of Central Florida Wellness and Athletics, corporate wellness programs, numerous public speaking engagements, menu design and analysis. She joined the private practice at Banister Nutrition over a year ago. At Banister she sees a variety of clients for one-on-one behavior change and diet instruction. Meghan’s passion is food!! She loves to study food, cook food, taste different foods, travel for special food experiences, and indulge from time to time. She lives by the motto Eat to Live and Love to Eat.  She graduated from the University of Florida with her BS in Nutrition and completed her internship at Emory University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, National Kidney Foundation and the American Diabetes Association. She was honored with the Emerging Leader Award from Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012. Meghan enjoys keeping active with her husband and two young kids whether it be kayaking, boating, running, yoga, hosting dinner parties, or watching football.

Amanda Ford is a registered and licensed dietitian who focuses on helping Oklahomans understand the relationship between nutrition and health. A graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma, Amanda has her Masters in Dietetics and has developed curriculums for workshops, seminars and classes that focus on nutrition and disease prevention, food safety, cooking, recipe modification, MyPlate, weight management, diabetes management, physical fitness and a long list of other nutrition and food-related topics. Tiffany Hull has been the Dietetic Internship Director at the University of Central Oklahoma for the past 11 years where she has the honor of mentoring students working to enter the dietetics profession.  She has also worked for 18 years as a clinical dietitian at Mercy Health Center.  In addition, Tiffany is part of the Health and Wellness Advisory Committee for DairyMax, where she has the opportunity to translate the science of dairy nutrition into easy to understand health messages for the public.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics and her Master of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.  Tiffany is the immediate past president of the Oklahoma City District Dietetic Association and was honored with the Distinguished Dietitian of the Year award in 2016.  She is an active member of the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics serving on committees and as a media spokesperson.  She is also a fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

She has been involved on multiple levels with dietetic professionals including district and state president as well as served on national committees.

Stephanie believes she is able to do her part saving the world through nutrition and physical activity, one day at a time.
